Creative Director/ Founder

Rene Karen Katiisa is a Ugandan-born British actor, theatre-maker, creative director and cultural producer based in Bristol. Trained at The BRIT School and the Central School of Speech and Drama, her early career included work with the National Youth Theatre and Battersea Arts Centre’s Development Theatre Company, contributing to Battersea Square, the UK’s first live soap opera.

Donna

Donna is a photographic artist based in Bristol, her work is centred around the complex dynamics of identity as shaped by both imposed societal narratives and personal lived experience. Employing photographic techniques to a mixed media portfolio she creates varying degrees of obscuration expressing the state of being simultaneously visible and invisible, highlighting the complexities of discourse around identity and advocating for a deeper, more nuanced engagement with the realities of marginalised lives.

Orlaith Jane is an Irish photographer based in Bristol, working across music, community, portraiture, and documentary, with a strong connection to water woven throughout her practice. Holding a Master’s in Engineering from the National College of Art and Design, she brings a systems-driven approach to creativity, blending design thinking, problem-solving, and visual storytelling in every project.

Jimmy Osayawmwen

Jimmy is a freelance photographer and visual storyteller working across portrait, lifestyle, street, and brand photography. Primarily based in London, he creates story led imagery rooted in emotion, quiet observation, and human connection. His practice spans personal projects, editorial style work, and creative collaboration.

Nathan is a Freelance Comms and Outreach Coordinator operating within the film industry. Primarily based at Watershed, he works with BFI Film Academy South West (including facilitating their 16-19 Film Club) and organisations such as We Are Parable, Cinema Rediscovered and Afrika Eye.

I’m a Bristol-based journalist and a recent first class Philosophy, Politics and Economics graduate, with a rich background in research-led storytelling. My work spans contributions to an international charity and a policy group, though my primary focus is as a Community Reporter for Bristol24/7.

Beyond her life as a British singer-songwriter, TJA brings her signature blend of soulful storytelling and quiet confidence to the world of conversation. Known for her genre-fluid approach to music, she carries that same curiosity into her role as an interviewer, viewing every guest's story as a unique composition of its own. For TJA, every conversation is an exploration of the human experience, introspective, experimental, and always deeply personal.
